Bio

My father was a carpenter and taught me the basic in carpentry. At the age of 16 I went to Alberta to work with my uncle as a framer. Growing up in Quebec, I did not learn any English so when I went to Alberta I learned not only more about my trade but how to speak English. This shows my determination and hard work ethic. Being alone and not speaking the language was difficult but something I overcame so I could grow and learn. I learned everything I could about construction. I worked on stairs,  ceilings, roofs,.... I worked at many different sites and cities and was able to learn from many different people. I enjoyed it so much my job became my passion. I wanted to take it all in so I began working 7 days a week to perfect my trade and learn from the best people.

After 4 years I moved to Montreal where I settled down and had a family. I began my company Covexco and got my own crew together for larger job. The diversity of the trade intrigued me and I was working with my family again which brought it's own challenges.

In 1999 I moved with my son to Toronto where, since then, I have built a reputation of good quality work. Over the years I have worked on many sites and many types of homes doing a great variety of jobs.

About 5 years ago ceilings designs became more popular in the industry and so it has allowed me to specialize in custom ceilings. This has not limited me to the type of jobs I take on but it has allowed me to add another expertise to my list of talents.

As you can see from the pictures the sky is the limit. I am able to do anything and love to challenge myself by doing new design all the time. I am able to work alone or get a crew together depending on the size of the project. No job is too big or too small. I am versatile and able to work with you to ensure you get exactly what you want.

I look forward to working with you and giving you something in your home that will give you pleasure for many years to come.
